UFC 279 Ferguson vs. Diaz

UFC is on this Saturday night live from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada and it has been a wild build up. Last night at the presser it did not go ahead due to multiple fights behind the scenes and then this morning the a main event fighter badly missed weight but somehow it has all worked out and we have what I think is a better main card and a great show to look forward to. Nate Diaz will fight Tony Ferguson in the main event, a fight years in the making and Nate’s last fight for the UFC (we’re told). Diaz will be the slight underdog at +115 to Ferguson’s -125. In the co-main event and the main culprit for all the drama Khamzat Chimaev will be a big favorite at -525 against Kevin Holland at +450. These almost fought last night and Chimaev missed weight badly today but its probably, somehow worked out for a better fight. This will be at 180lbs and a 5 round co-main event. The last change will see Jingliang Li be a slight underdog against Daniel Rodriguez who will be the -145 favorite. So its all change this weekend but just as exciting.
