Important 5 Dimes Information for USA Costumers

On Monday, 7th of September 2020. US-based customers reported receiving and email stating:

Immediate Action Required From All US Customers

5Dimes is excited to announce that is embarking on a new business venture. With the evolving legal landscape in the United States, we want to take advantage of the opportunity to offer an improved online sports betting experience to our many US customers. In order to do this, we need to temporarily suspend our service of the US market so that we can launch our new operations with a fresh start.

Please note the following important dates:

  • We will stop offering online betting for US costumers at 12am ET on September 21st, 2020.
  • All US customer balances should be requested between now and 12am ET September 25th 2020.
  • Any customer funds remaining at 12am ET on September 30th will be transferred to a third-party claims administrator who will seek to deliver funds to the account holder.
  • Any customer funds that cannot be delivered by 12am ET on September 20th, 2021 (13 months from now) will be deemed abandoned by the account holder.

We apologize for this inconvenience. We wish we could tell you everything about our future plans, but for now, please stay tuned and know we will soon reward your loyalty with extraordinary gaming experiences.

tldr;

We can no longer offer services to players from the USA, if you have funds on here please take it off now. And really make sure you get it off before the end of September or you might have to wait a while.

Why is this happening and why now?

Well the timing certainly sucks !&?@#!# @$$. – Football returning, EPL returning, big fights coming up, I mean comon! 5 Dimes is in our opinion the best for UFC / MMA betting simply because of the betting options when it comes to fights. An SBR forum administrator claimed the site was “pursuing licensing in other jurisdictions” without going into further detail. SBR (sportsbookreview) is a popular forum with tens of thousands of active sports betting fans and they heavily push A+ rated 5Dimes.

Who knows what is happening. Online Betting in the USA can be tricky for players due to state laws and banking. If SBR give you there default (what they are told to say answer) – (imo of course) then that is all we are going to get. The timing of this is bad to say the least. The announcement also comes nearly one year to the day after authorities confirmed finding 5Dimes founder William Sean ‘Tony’ Creighton’s body, who was kidnapped in September 2018.

What should you do?

You should request your payout via the normal means you use, there should be no problems with doing that. Another way to quickly move funds is using bitcoin. If you don’t know how to use that you can follow this simple using bitcoin to bet online guide.
